Not too displeased with the weight gain as it is not much. I thought it would be a lot more because although I stuck to phase one I made two Mock Peanut Butter Pies with No Flour Peanut Butter Cookie crust and added a ton of SF Choc' chips to the pie :) Oh and I went to hardees twice and had their low carb breakfast bowl. Think I might need to cut down on the ol' fat intake now. That shouldn't be a problem as it will be back to normal salads at work. I wasn't too tired over the weekend, but when I tell my husband that I am getting tired he now knows that he has about 10 mins before I just crash and do not have the sweetest disposition :). I have learnt that I definately need to snack through the day even if I am not hungry.
130.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
