ugh, ever since I gave up caffeine I can't use the bathroom. major problems with weightloss. starting to lose motivation. hopefully if I can stick through it this week things will get back to normal.
125.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
