1237 kcal Fat: 76.72g | Prot: 116.43g | Carb: 18.74g.   Breakfast: onion, light cream, mushrooms, butter, bacon (9AM), coffee (8oz) black, water (6-10 AM), eggland's best eggs (9AM), hidden carbs. Lunch: bacon pieces, broccoli, Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, romaine, fresh parm cheese (1 oz.), water , boneless chicken breast . Dinner: iceburg lettuce, water (4-6), Marie's blue cheese dressing(2 tbsp), fresh parm cheese (1 oz.), hidden carbs, real bacon bits (1 tblsp), sea salted butter, center cut boneless pork chop. more...
