If there is a downside to exercise, it’s the plateau I’ve hit now. My weight has leveled off around 209-210, yet each time I step on my electronic scale, my fat % is lower. In the last month , it has gone from 34 to 30, indicating that I’m GAINING muscle almost as fast as I’m loosing fat. I know this is a good thing but it’s frustrating when the goal is to loose weight.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
