Better day yesterday - hopefully back on track - very weird week last week. Think I was maybe having a bit of PMS which I don't usually have - too many unnecessary tears and "snacks" - happy to have that behind me whatever it was!
Going to try to have a big exercise day as I got a lot of paperwork done yesterday. Picked up some cross stitching last night and the time flew by - never even wandered in the direction of the kitchen. It was very therapeutic - haven't touched my needlework in months!

154.2 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

i think it's great you're getting into your cross stitching again. it's great to have a hobby you love and keeps ur mind off of temptations! ;)

This is PMS week for me. Extra focus needed. I don't want that scale to go up.
