WOOOHOOOOOO!
I'm in the 240's! It's been a while but I got here. I'll have to lose some more before Saturday since I'm going to a party that day and my friend Lyn is taking me to see a play at Segerstrom Center (If you've never been there, it's in Costa Mesa and it's great) and dinner afterwards so it's going to be tough to stay under 250 if I don't lose more.

Consistent exercise, eating healthier and limiting alcohol intake has been the key.
249.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
