Crazy weekend - daughter is in play next weekend, kids have sports playoffs, running everywhere - once summer comes all activity stops and we can breathe again. Cannot wait - I've been eating things I shouldn't at the end of the day. Peanuts at the ballgame, frozen yogurt... no points for this! I did go to the gym for the treadmill a few times last week - I burned out on exercise a bit and trying to mix it up - I'm maintaining so I'm trying to muster some motivation for this week - really wanted to drop more before vacation. Today will be a better day. Been a bit stressed so I'm focusing more on that right now and I'm feeling better so that's something. Bit concerned that I had 4 out of 7 bad days last week food/exercise wise - that's a majority. Gotta change that up this week
