I learned my lesson...don't eat vegetables in the morning, save those carbs for later in the day and portion size nuts! I only lost half a pound!
123.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's funny! Bob Harper's diet says, eat the carbs in the morning and stick with lower carbs in the afternoon. That way you have all day to burn them off. The vegetables may not have anything to do with your loss. You only have a small amount left and have already lost a pound with in a couple of days. A pound a week is very normal when you only have 10 pounds to go. It took my friend 6 months to get off the last 10 pounds. It be harder and go slower, so you are losing at a great rate. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will be at goal in no time.

Agree with Suzi; perhaps you should stick to eating them in the morning and then you have more time to burn them! and you could spare some grs. for the afternoon/evening in case you really need them!
