This winter's got me struggling. I'm reaching for simple to prepare foods and that is including too many starched and prepared foods. It's got to stop! (Both cheating and winter, that is!)
173.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
