am on the treadmill daily for 30 minutes
today i went .3 mile further than yesterday and
tomorrow i will try .3 mile further in the same amount of time
173.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
