Hospitalized for severe back pain they weighed me at the hospital and I actually weigh a lot less than I thought I did at home doing the happy dance guess I need to get a new scale!!!!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
