Well, up a lot this week.
Not too worried about it, though. Continuing to replace fat with muscle.
Bought new pants this week, first time under a 40" waist in probably 25 years. Feeling incredible.
All told, a great week!
220.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
