Blah Blah Blah. Missing my walks and my workouts. Kids and work kept me running all day yesterday - not a minute free. Can feel the difference in my mood because I came very close to hitting the kitchen late last night and I haven't done that in months! Not good. Was even listing things in my mind that I might eat... My morning routine is off now that I have to drive my daughter to school -
oh well, this too shall pass.
154.8 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
