I was worried a bit about today since I didn't do any cardio and didn't have time to ride my bike with can act as cardio but I dropped another .2 of a pound! And I really ate too much.

I prepared a delicious chicken breast with bell peppers and Mexican squash dish but it was way too much. It was so good I ate the whole thing so yep, I was worried a bit. I used Mexican squash because it was dirt cheap at Jon's Market, which caters to Mexican appetites and has inexpensive produce. Try it
254.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 89.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
