Gaining.... yesterday was tough - daughter tore ligaments in foot - cast up to her knee and on crutches - huge high school campus to tackle today - I will have to drive her since bus steps are impossible for her.
Spent whole day yesterday between ortho and pharmacies and two meetings last night. No exercise beyond morning abs... Terrible about water as well - Hope today is better but sometimes you need to put things on the back burner while you manage your life!! I didn't go over on points so it's probably a stress/water thing. Interesting how little things can affect your pace. Scoring at baseball tonight and fighting a head cold so no workouts today - but I will drink my water.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i agree...other things become more important sometimes. you stayed within ur points and took care of family issues. that's a great accomplishment right there!

Aww Megan, I am so sorry to hear about your daughter's injury. That really bites! I hope she has a speedy recovery and you get better too! Take care of yourself and her and take it easy if you can so you can get through that cold.
