well, a little retrograde movement.
pretty sure it's due to my exercise levels, spent most of december flat on my back (including a week in kumc) with a combination of uti, sepsis, pneumonia and severe dehydration. lost an unbelieveable amount of muscle mass in that time.
got my new rowing machine mid january (after i was finished with the op iv antibiotics), and initially could only do about 5 minutes at a session before reaching the point of literal collapse. now up to 20 minutes a session, did a total of 140 minutes last week (didn't do it everyday, but did two sessions some days).
so getting stronger, but new muscle regrowth is balancing out the fat loss.
all in all, a good week.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
