It's another loss!! As little as .2 of a pound is, it's no gain. The challenge this weekend is I'm invited to two parties and there is always drinking and eating involved. Light beer and Pellagrino for me and no heavy foods.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
