Dinner out again - had a sinful piece of pizza pie with salad at Anthonys - good news is that one piece filled me up completely! Bad news is I think it had 1000 or more calories! :)
Won baseball game yesterday - soccer today - also girl scouts and Eagle Scout recognition banquet for my oldest (Ugh - another dinner out!) No time for exercise today and I am battling a head cold. People are so paranoid about swine flu so not a good combination!
Going to have to eat light and hope no exercise doesn't sabotage me!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't think one slice of pizza has 1000 calories. In NY where the slices are huge, one piece has about 400 to 500, so I would think your slice has 500 at the most.

Pizza, yum. Even better that you were able to have just one slice. Awesome! BTW, I noticed that you have lost 10 lbs, that is so exciting.

The pizza thing depends a huge amount on how thick the crust is. A Costco slice with their combination has 775. Its about the size of 2 regular slices from a pie....lots of variance here.

Ah, no worries. You should be fine. You have done well with exercise, maybe a little rest will do you well too.
