Dinner out - yea for salad bars!!! Saw the movie 17 again with the family - fun light and stupid but the kids enjoyed it. Haven't been to a movie theater in ages - had dinner right before so no problem avoiding the popcorn etc!

155.4 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
