Bah! I keep trying and trying, but then drop off the wagon. I know exercise has a big part to play, but I've been on the injured list for almost 6 months. I'm picking up and trying again!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
