Haven't been following the diet, haven't been exercising. don't want to diet and don't want to exercise. Any one know how to loose weight without the above :/ oh yeah, no surgery! I just can't get back in the swing of things, heck, I am not even in the park.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Thanks, I appreciate the welcome. Not sure how faithful I will be but I have to do somthing to get back into things again.

Well, the main thing is, you have to ask yourself what do you want in life in regards to health? Do you want to be healthy enough to enjoy some of the finer things in life such as participating in activities w/loved one & friends, or would you rather be possibly subject to negative health with aches & pains and just sit on the side and watch? I know dieting & exercise may suck, but you gotta remember, your body is made to eat healthy & move around, It's not made for junk foods & tons of processed foods. Junk foods to humans is like putting very cheap gas in the most expensive luxury car. Sure it will run but it will also decrease the true quality/perfomamce of the car. Junk food causes the body to deteriorate by excessive weight, pains & aches, and chronic illnesses/diseases. I'm sorry if I sound a bit preachy, but I hate to see beautiful people like you get frustrated & give up. So take baby steps and get back on that saddle. You can do this buddy! I wish you well.
