Woo Hoo!! I broke the .2 pounds lost spell and lost .8 yesterday. I hope to get in the 250 range tomorrow but it's Super Bowl Sunday and I know I'm going to indulge so gaining a pound back, if I do, won't be an issue since I'm working the plan reasonably well. Go Broncos!!!
256.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 91.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
