1335 kcal Fat: 97.46g | Prot: 94.09g | Carb: 15.25g.   Breakfast: hidden carbs, bacon (9AM), coffee (8oz) black, water (6-10 AM), eggland's best eggs (9AM). Lunch: sirloin steak, water 2-4, romaine, Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, hidden carbs, I can't believe it's not butter. Dinner: iceburg lettuce, olive oil, zucchini, water (4-6), Marie's blue cheese dressing(2 tbsp), fresh parm cheese (1 oz.), hidden carbs, Beef Ribeye Steak. more...
