Yesterday I skipped my lunch and ate one apple as a snack before I had dinner with family at a restaurant. I was worried about eating more calories than I walked yesterday. Woohoo, there was no weight gain this morning! I survived. LOL
194.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
