Week #16 and it’s ok. Ate better over the weekend and got out for a walk on Sunday so there should more of a loss in a couple of days. Have a good week, friends!
218.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
