O. M. G. I ate a bit less yesterday and got some much needed rest overnight and lookee here! First time this has happened, making up for a bit of a stall in the last couple of weeks. Hooray and hallelujah!
218.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
