Haha!! I knew yesterdays weight was a fluke based on my poor decisions over the weekend.........at least it motivated my butt. I ate very well yesterday and even finally exercised. Only did a half hour instead of my hour that I had been doing, but it's a start to getting me back motivated!!!!!
128.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
