Yea! It's Friday - so glad its the weekend - I am on the school foundation board and we are holding our ice cream social fundraiser tonight - I will start scooping at 5 pm! As long as I stay away from the toppings bar I will be fine - haha!
Baseball and soccer this weekend and I have tickets to see the show "Jersey Boys" - Exercise on the weekends is always a challenge and this will be again. I will remind myself that I am 2 1/2 pounds behind on my goal weight loss schedule - maybe that will help me not skip a day - I did walking and abs yesterday - need to fit in shred and swim today.

"The Jersey Boys" I so wanted to see that play in Chicago. Not sure if it is still there are not, I will have to check. Let us know how it was. I am so glad I am not where you will be tonight, scooping ice cream. That is a wicked job! But someone has to do it. LOL Great job exercising, enjoy your swim. :-)

Interesting observation: Behind what? One of the things that has really helped me here on FS is looking at a lot of people maintaining weight here and thinking about this as somthing I do and enjoy. I am feeling less and less time motivated. If I stay level or lose a pound every week or so its fine. We all want to move so quickly and the word "behind" carries so much baggage with it. Give yourself a break. So things are moving a little slower than you expected. Just readjust your goals and attitude and don't worry about it. Continue to make progress, any progress and things will be fine. Be in it for the long haul. I have likened it to a long bike tour if you go too fast you'll lose the ability to make any forward progress as you tend to the sore/pulled muscles. This is a turtle thing not the hare. Best Jim BTW: I'd love some Chocolate Chip....LOL.
