Yesterday had a good exercise day - did abs, shred, swam and walked. Ate well, wore myself out and got up this morning and gained a pound - haha! Go figure! Worked hard on being positive yesterday - have been drowning in negativity lately. In doing so, I realized I needed more work in this area -
159.4 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 21 April 2009:
1012 kcal Fat: 38.81g | Prot: 66.50g | Carb: 126.07g.   Breakfast: Fiber One Bran cereal, Activia Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt, french vanilla creamer, coffee. Lunch: Cobb Salad with Chicken and Bacon, light wheat bread, sliced ham. Dinner: fat free sun dried tomato dressing, light wheat bread, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other: clementines, water. more...

YAY for your good exercise day. I'm glad you had the energy to do all of that! Whew! You kicked butt yesterday. I remember not too long ago I was feeling really negative and you helped cheer me up, so head up!! You can get thru any negative thing that threatens to diminish the work you are doing. You are a good person and that pound is gonna drop like a rock, no worries!!

Can't wait til the summer. Planning to get the boys the bigger pool. We've had the small one now for 5 years, had to retire it last year, finally got a hole in the top ring. Definitely got our money worth out of it. Friends were going to give us their big one, but they took it down and let it sit in sun to long before storing it, when they went to move it month or so later, had dry rotted. Oh well, we will get use out of buying one this summer for sure.

There are so many things that can make that daily wt fluctuate a pound. Keep up the good work. Keep the diet calendar arrows green and you'll continue your success.
