Boys got home safe and sound from campouts yesterday - my youngest had such a good time - swimming, hiking, brought home the coolest piece of wood he had whittled. He had forgotten to pack a flashlight or towel! Another boy shared with him which was so nice! He really didn't want to go and now he is so glad that he did - unfortunately when he got home he informed me he has a book report due today that he hadn't read the book yet! There went the rest of Sunday. So my plans for Saturday night with my daughter went west due to her temper tantrum and my plans Sunday night with my son went east due to a book report... In and out of the house yesterday picking up and dropping off kids so all I got in was my ab work in the morning. No shred :(
Measurement Day: - no change. Not a bit. I definitely did not work out as much last week. Energy level has been low past couple of days too - will have to force myself to get going today. Really could go back to bed - lol!
At night I go to bed and make all these plans for how my day is going to go the next day - it's all very well and good until I actually get up the next day and every plan I had goes right out the window!!


158.4 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have been there with the low energy. That was me all of last week and some of the week before. You will get your energy back. Are you taking a multivitamin? I find that helps out a lot for me. I love when kids come home and they have some sort of homework due the next day and so every plan has to go out of the window because you are putting out fires all day for other people (read kids). It sounds like you had a busy weekend even with two of your kids gone, so hopefully you can get back on your workouts, for me they seem to help a lot not only with stress but with energy too!!
