Have to drive back up north this morning and then have family stuff all day - no time for exercise - Promised my son I would take him out to dinner for his great report card and luckily he wants to go to Ruby Tuesday's which has a great salad bar - yay!
Energy level and mood seem low this morning.

158.0 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's great to celebrate a good report card. Congrats to him. I sort of have a the same energy level and mood as you this morning, I know it will change for both of us soon. Have a safe trip today.

If I am looking at charts right you have lost almost 12 pounds in just over a month. That's torchin' it. Keep up the steady movement of the last month. Best
