I am beyond thrilled! I’ve been steadily trying to increase my intake (NOT easy) and I’m still losing weight AND inches ☺️ I never could have imagined this even 3 months ago, let alone in my teens. Thank you to everyone here who is following my journey and supporting me along the way. I can assure you it does not go unnoticed. You guys are amazing!!!
116.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
