Got my walk in last night during practice. Did all my exercise yesterday. Got home at 9:30 and ate... needless to say I'm up a pound today. Should never eat that late at night. Bummer. :(
Did well with points and calories - just can't eat that late - This is actually why I like to weigh in daily though -to learn how my body reacts to food - I didn't exercise much on Sunday either so that might be a delayed reaction too.
On another note, Had a baked sweet potato with fat free sour cream last night with dinner and it was under 200 calories and it was sooooooo yummy.....

160.4 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job on getting the walk in at practice. I hope to do that today at the game. BTW, I can't eat that late either, anything after 8:00pm and its gonna show..

I have the same issue about eating late too. That is my downfall but I love eating at night. Your exercise is amazing, keep up your hard work. BTW your chart is looking so nice.
