Just did my weigh in and I am proud of myself. I did also go in line to research the Atkins. Due to I am already doing something this month and want to stick it out before switching. Please a lot of the food and drinks I have can not be used in phase 1. So I plan on staying focused with working out and not giving any excuses or having to miss a day a make it up. So we will see what my weight shows next week.
