Back from my Dad's - weighed in after being away for 4 days Lost weight! Decided not to rock the boat and ate what everyone else ate but smaller portions but I swam every day - I was in charge of Sunday picnic so made sandwiches and included fruits and carrots/celery to go along with the potato salad etc.
Lost 1.5 inches
I am close to being on target - 5 weeks in now and lost 9.4 pounds which is almost 2 pounds a week.

Bicep - 12 - 12 - 12 - 12 - 12
Bust - 41 - 40 - 39.5 - 38 - 37.5
Waist - 39 - 37 - 36 - 36 = 35.5
Hips - 42 - 40 - 40 - 40 - 39.5
Calf - 13.5 - 13- 13 = 13 - 13
Thigh - 22 - 22 - 22 - 21.5 = 21.5
159.6 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great job! I am so happy for you. I understand not wanting to "rock the boat" with family. It seems so tedious to them sometimes.
