I was nervous stepping onto the scale this morning after being on holiday for almost two weeks. But I’m happy with this! Hallelujah! I ate three meals a day and def went over my RDI during the time, but I think staying active throughout helped balance it out? Anyway, I have a big YAY today. ❤️
169.5 lb Lost so far: 58.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
