Lost 2 inches this week. Total of 9 inches in 4 weeks.
Another doctor appt today - u/s -
one of my kids is going to baseball opening day game - other two want to go to movies and the mall.
Going to my Dads on Wednesday for the rest of the week. Nervous about breaking up routine. It's been 4 weeks now though so I ought to be able to keep going...


Bicep - 12 - 12 - 12 - 12
Bust - 41 - 40 - 39.5 - 38
Waist - 39 - 37 - 36 - 36
Hips - 42 - 40 - 40 - 40
Calf - 13.5 - 13- 13 = 13
Thigh - 22 - 22 - 22 - 21.5


162.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
