Early morning soccer game today - on a Sunday - I'm the snack Mom. Woke up hungry, went to bed hungry.. Taking the kids to the movies this afternoon - will have a lot of temptation today!
Starting week 5. Actually put on a bathing suit yesterday to sit out by the community pool - luckily not many people there because I looked pretty bad! But it felt good to be out in the sun - hadn't done that in a while!
162.2 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
