31.6% bodyfat.
I was really busy yesterday. Took the kid to school, came home and spent 3 hours on phone with Microsoft tech support. Turns out I needed another reboot. I picked the daughter and her friend up, went to the IFA store and bought 3 more baby chickens, then got another external SSD for school.
Then back home to bury the bulbs I bought for the garden. SO BUSY! I didn't have time to feel hungry until I was starved, sore and exhausted.
212.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
