Happy Thursday everyone - hit all my goals yesterday - stuck to my points, drank my water, ate my fruit, veg and fiber. Did my 15 min abs, did phase 3 of 30 day shred for the first time - lived to tell the tale, barely (haha) - and walked in the park for an hour. Decided my pedometer is cheap and unreliable (so much for the $7 brand. I have ordered the omron 112 from amazon (free shipping) on sale. I can feel the walking in my hip and knee so hoping that more walking can target some problem areas. Kind of amazing since I'm running around constantly most days - guess uninterrupted walking is more effective than starts and stops!
Sunday is my check day for progress even though I'm checking weight every day - was hoping to be down another 2.4 pounds by Sunday but here it is Thursday already! Days are flying by. And next week is spring break - we are hoping to go to my Dad's in Naples for the majority of the week - nothing sabotages a diet like visiting relatives!
Today is day 26 of diet, day 22 of shred. (Keeping track of shred for 30 days)

Son lost his wallet yesterday - drivers license inside... every day with a teenager is an adventure...

163.2 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow Megan, you kicked butt yesterday. I don't have a pedometer, maybe I should get one. As for the weight, Sunday isn't here yet, so maybe just maybe you can make your mini goal. Teenagers.....ugh...lol
