AND THE SACRIFICES PAY OFF ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!! :)
I'm back in the 160's! Woohoo!!! I was thrilled to see this # this morning! Now ... I AM NOT GOING BACK TO THE 170's! Yesterday was the last time that I will be that weight! I have more weight to lose, so this is great motivation to keep going!

Honestly, I was tempted lastnight to go by the grocery store & get some chocolate chip cookie dough. I did not give into that temptation! Instead, I went to Trader Joe's for the 1st time! I loved it! It was definitely different from other grocery stores, but the selection of healthy food choices was welcoming! I WILL be going back soon! :)

Why should I make healthy choices?
Because I want to look & feel great when my husband returns from deployment in July! He is working on being in better physical shape, and I want to be there with him!

Here's to another day of better choices! :)
