31.6% body fat.
I plateaued at 213.8 for a week. I did my weekly drink, gained a pound, then dieted strictly a day, stayed at that 1 pound gain, then a day of basically maintenance calorie intake and high carbohydrate/low fat, and lost my day drinking pound plus another, so down a pound this week. I don't understand it, but I'll own it.
212.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weight fluctuations are so weird, lol. Whenever I hit a significant plateau (one that persists for a couple of weeks), I find that *increasing* my calorie intake tends to bust it. Weight may or may not spike initially, but it falls afterwards. I just keep the increased caloric value as my new daily until I hit another plateau. I'm sure eventually this stops working, but so far I've made it to my goal weight before having to increase my intake above what I assume is my maintenance value. Good luck! =)
