its working! was hungry when i went to bed and stayed 100% to rdi yesterday. gradual reduction of carbs, fat and increased protein! so excited for a loss!!!
231.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 86.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
