been eating more salty things then i should...and have no loss to report, but jeans are still fitting lose...so hopefully with all the water i have been drinkin to flush it out i will start to show a loss once again..
298.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
