Today is day 19 for me - 3 weeks are up soon. I wanted to lose 2 pounds a week but I'm a week behind. Things are going well - last night I was hungry but my son's baseball team lost 14 - 0 and it was awful - by the time we got home it was 9 and I hadn't had dinner yet so I was hungry and feeling blah... had dinner and still felt blah - luckily I had some sugar free jello in the fridge ready to go - made myself have that because really I just felt like munching out!

I'm so glad this morning - when I get tired I lose all my control. I am going to try to make sure be the afternoon that there is something in the fridge to grab at night that's safe - fruit or veggies or jello,,,

Kids off school today - want tot ake the to a movie - maybe the beach. Haven't had a bathing suit on in a long time... not sure I'm ready for that -

Happy Friday everyone!

Happy Friday! My son is on two baseball teams, so trust me, I know what you're going through. The other night we didn't get home til after 11pm on a school night! I'm proud of you for not losing control and having sugar free jello in the house to fight off that munch out fest we know we all can have. Great job. BTW my son's team lost 14-8

Isn't that the pits? Honestly they are such a good team with such a good spirit - some games they can hit the fence every time and some games like last night, they look like deer in the headlights - not one hit! One of the parents lost his mind and that upset the rest of the parents - the boys set such a better example of sportsmanship than the parents did!

Yum, sugar free jello! I am soon going to go to Sams Club and purchase boxes of it. I am sure I can keep happy with them. Sorry to hear that your son's team lost. Good job staying in control though when you got home.

I hear ya! My son's team is awesome, he is playing freshman ball and for a rec league team. Some days they can really dig in and play other times its like the Bad News Bears. It's amazing. You're right about some of the parents, ugh!

They were totally the bad news bears last night... :) Hopefully tomorrow will be better! Having a lazy day today - why do today what I can put off until tomorrow!! Did my workout, then read my book, had a bubble bath, did my nails... I may even watch the new James Bond dvd tonight! Love it! And when I got hungry I had apples and an egg sandwich on light wheat bread! As long as I keep working out before noon I can do this!!!
