I drank 4 bottles of beer yesterday, so I cut my protein short. Didn't know if I would see a drop, but I think the 2.7 mile dog walk burned off enough calories to cover the beer. I think having a bowel movement is what really caused the weight drop.
215.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
