Going for a cat scan today to hopefully find out what is going on... whatever it is it's really kicking my butt. Hopefully find out something and be able to do something about it!

You can do everything right and still put on a weight. But you know it's only temporary. It could be hormones, too much sodium, exercise, medications, stress, et. Just keep going and it will come off.

Have you been exercising? Muscle weights more than fat!

Suzi took the words right out of my mouth. Also, my journal included... you can have spikes of gain and then a huge loss. Your body will all workout: but you have to keep up your hard work!

Thanks for the encouragement - I'm still feeling really positive about my goals - but isn't it confusing how your body can respond day to day in different ways? I mean, my diet is pretty regular right now - too busy to be creative so just sticking to the basics - same exercise every day.. one day you gain, one day you lose. can you imagine if you cheat on a day you were going to gain anyway and then you really gain? I love this site - the charting is really helping me - the good AND the bad! I actually think the gain makes me more aware of looking at what I'm doing - Just saw a story on the news - if you eat any kind of meat every day, your chances of dying early increase by 400%... Meat includes, sandwich meat and pork as well as red meat... My family has meat for dinner probably 3 times a week but they also have ham sandwiches a lot for school lunches, Pretty scary - I'm going to have to google that story and find out more about it - does that mean you need to stick to chicken and fish or just vegetables all the time?
