Weight back down - yoyo days! Went to my Dad's yesterday and when I got home I was tired and made some bad food choices but I went for a run early this morning and feel better today! Think the two pound gain was from a couple glasses of wine Friday night - seems every time I have wine I gain weight the second day after...
161.2 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
