Day one done. Checked off all my goals.

5 fruits and vegetables.
Ab work in morning. run mid morning. dvd afternoon. 10000 steps a day.
Chart all food. Lemon water and tea.
In bed by 10 pm.

Personal treat - knitting group in the evening. Bought some yarn for some new projects!
So now I've rewarded myself for my first week on my first day. Kind of optimistic!
