Happy St. Patricks Day! Lost a pound! Yea! Day 10 for me - only 2 more pounds to lose to get me back to where I started - sigh! No green beer tonight!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
